Sarah Godfrey
Founder and CEO of Chula
Sarah established Chula in 2019 after returning from working on projects in Kenya which advocated for women's rights and equality. Sarah is trained as a Primary School teacher and spent 5 years as a classroom teacher in London and Mexico City and has always volunteered on projects, in the UK and abroad, supporting the education of disadvantaged young people.
Sarah now lives in Sheffield and can often be found exploring the Peak District with her gorgeous dogs Oli and Rex. She is also studying for a Masters in International Relations.

I was inspired to set up Chula from conversations I had with women in my life. All of whom showed me that women have so much to share with each other.
